Peer Support Specialist

Jenn Ingram is a Peer Support Specialist who brings warmth, compassion, and understanding to her work with others. Drawing from her own life experiences, including the loss of a pregnancy at 25 weeks, Jennifer understands the deep impact of grief and how meaningful it can be to have someone who truly listens and walks alongside you during difficult times. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and less alone as they navigate life’s challenges. 

Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids while exploring the beautiful Rogue Valley. She is an avid birder and especially enjoys coastal trips, where she can combine her love of nature and birdwatching.

Lindsey Smaw, MA, Professional Counseling Associate

Professional Counseling Associate

Lindsey Smaw is a Professional Counselor Associate, committed to approaching therapy collaboratively and utilizing a holistic approach to mental health. She studied Psychology at University of Oregon and then earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. As a holistic therapist, she believes it is essential to understand the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit, in order to strengthen wellbeing and foster growth. Her approach is grounded in fostering a safe environment for self-exploration, with compassion and non-judgement. She integrates evidence-based therapies that consider each individual’s needs, focusing on changing thoughts and behaviors, implementing healthy coping skills, and building on strengths,

Tressi Loria, MA, MA, LPC

Psychotherapist

Tressi is the founder of Lotus Seed Therapies and works as a psychotherapist in the practice. Tressi is trained in the modalities of Counseling Psychology, Depth Psychology, and Yoga Therapy. Tressi merges these modalities for a more depth oriented, somatically aware, and embodied experience of therapy.  Tressi earned her BA in Religious Studies from UCSB in 1992, her MA in Counseling Psychology in 2014, and a second MA in Depth Psychology with an emphasis in Community, Liberation, Indigenous and Eco-psychologies. Tressi is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and she has studied yoga therapy for over 6 years. 

Tressi offers supervision to supervisees on their path to licensure in Oregon.

Zoey Boisen, LMT

Massage Therapist

Zoey Boisen is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT #29836), dedicated to fostering a safe and empowering space for collaboration and unwinding through therapeutic massage. She has been massaging family and friends since she was a young one, ever learning how to listen with her hands through ample feedback and exploration. She recently graduated from the Ashland Institute of Massage. She is excited to ever learn and grow in this lifelong practice of massage therapy. Each session is unique, led by the client. It is a sacred honor to massage people, and Zoey is committed to honoring each person and their needs, preferences, therapeutic goals, and shifting along with them anytime during the session. Counseling Student Intern

Melissa is a masters level counseling intern working towards a dual degree in school counseling and clinical mental health counseling. Melissa has four years of counseling experience in school settings, and she is excited to develop my skills as a clinical mental health counselor. While Melissa is still developing her areas of specialty, she has worked primarily with adolescents and their caregivers, supporting them as they worked through issues of anxiety, depression, stress, family conflict, school and/or behavior challenges, and identity crises.

BillingSpecialist and Administrative Assistant

Jenn Ingram is the Billing Specialist and Credentialing Professional at Lotus Seed Therapies. With a strong background in healthcare administration and billing, Jenn is dedicated to streamlining billing processes, optimizing systems, and helping ensure the administrative side of healthcare runs smoothly.
Jenn grew up in Sonoma County and eventually made her way to the Rogue Valley for nursing school, where she discovered her passion for healthcare administration. She has been working in medical billing since 2017 and truly enjoys the organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail that the field requires. Her experience in billing and credentialing allows her to support both providers and clients behind the scenes.
