Lindsey Smaw is a Professional Counselor Associate, committed to approaching therapy collaboratively and utilizing a holistic approach to mental health. She studied Psychology at University of Oregon and then earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. As a holistic therapist, she believes it is essential to understand the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit, in order to strengthen wellbeing and foster growth. Her approach is grounded in fostering a safe environment for self-exploration, with compassion and non-judgement.
